Size:1,800 to 2,400 square feet

Exposure:
Corner or end-cap is ideal, will consider in-line

Architecture:
Building must offer new exterior cladding and high Parapet Facade

Frontage:
Ideally 25 feet. (minimum of 20 feet required)

Ceiling Height:
14 feet minimum (exposed ducting/truss system preferred)

HVAC:
Suitable for restaurant with kitchen.  Must be able to accommodate commercial style restaurant venting hood – 1 ton of cooling for every 250 square feet

Gas Service:
2.5 inch incoming gas line. 1,000,000 BTU’s

Parking:
Ideally 30-35 dedicated parking spaces (if not a high pedestrian area)

Signage:
Size of exterior signage must permit reasonable visibilty at a distance of 50 yards
