Le 17 mars 1999, Wild Wing a pris son envol avec une petite base à Sunderland, en Ontario. Depuis cela, Wild Wing est devenue l’une des franchises de restaurants de sports pour familles, à la croissance la plus rapide. Cette croissance a été attribuée à la fourniture d’une nourriture de haute qualité, d’un service à la clientèle solide et d’une atmosphère unique. Wild Wing est célèbre pour ses délicieuses ailes de poulet élevée au Canada, qui sont servies avec une centaine d’options de saveurs incroyables. Que vous veniez en famille ou entre amis, votre visite chez Wild Wing sera certainement mémorable.

Wild Wing, est un restaurant canadien fondé dans la petite ville de Sunderland, en Ontario. En 2015, la chaîne a été achetée par Clark McKeown qui est né et a grandi à Montréal, au Québec. Wild Wing est fière d’être une chaîne de restaurants sportifs pour toute la famille, en pleine croissance! Aujourd’hui, Wild Wing compte plus de 100 emplacements à travers le Canada, de la Colombie-Britannique jusqu’au Québec. Nos restaurants sont indépendants et franchisés par des entrepreneurs locaux. Bien que tous nos restaurants partagent un menu commun, ainsi qu’un excellent service amical, nous encourageons fortement et collaborons avec nos franchisés, pour les aider à adapter leurs restaurants à leurs propres cultures et régions. Wild Wing est reconnu pour sa variété de spéciaux et ses délicieuses ailes de poulet avec plus de 100 saveurs alléchantes! Contrairement à beaucoup de nos concurrents, Wild Wing soutient nos agriculteurs locaux en servant fièrement des ailes de poulet cultivées au Canada. Nous nous efforçons constamment pour approvisionner notre menu avec des produits canadiens, le cas échéant.

  • 2020 a été une année difficile dans le secteur de la restauration en raison du COVID-19. Heureusement pour Wild Wing, nous proposons trois menus: pour emporter, livraison et dîner en salle à manger. De ce fait, même lorsque certains restaurants étaient fermés pour dîner en salle à manger, nous avons pu continuer à fonctionner avec succès. Pendant cette période, nous avons également ouvert six nouveaux restaurants et nous en avons neuf autres en cours d’ouverture.
  • Nous continuons à développer de solides partenariats avec de nombreuses plateformes de livraison qui incluent: SkipTheDishes, Uber Eats et Door Dash. Nos ventes de livraisons s'élèvent à environ 2 millions de dollars par mois. Nos ventes de livraisons par rapport à 2019 ont augmenté en 2020.
  • L'ouverture de nouveaux restaurants en Ontario à: Toronto au Queens Quay Ouest, Ajax, Midland, Toronto à la Rue Bloor Ouest, Simcoe, St.Catherine's, Fergus et aussi à Sherwood Park en Alberta.

  • Fête son 21ème anniversaire

  • L'ouverture de nouveaux restaurants à Sutton, Smiths Falls, Saskatoon Jemini, Saskatoon Agriplace et Winnipeg.

  • Un partenariat avec Canlan Ice Sports Corp., chef de file en installations de sports sur glace, avec restaurants à service complet. À partir de 2018, nous avons converti leurs 12 restaurants sur place en Restaurants Wild Wing.

  • A maintenant 90 restaurants, de l'Ontario jusqu'en Colombie-Britannique.

  • Fête son 19ème anniversaire

  • Les ventes brutes de notre chaine ont augmenté d'environ 12%

  • Les ventes des magasins comparables ont augmenté d'environ 6,9%

  • Les ventes brutes des commandes pour emporter surpassent les 1 millions $ pour le mois de décembre 2018.

  • Nouveaux restaurants à Oshawa, Oakville, York, Scarborough, Burnaby, Langley, North Vancouver, London et Etobicoke.

  • Lancement d’un nouveau site web compatible avec la technologie mobile, permettant de commander en ligne

  • Wild Wing fait équipe avec Just Eats pour promouvoir son Menu pour Emporter

  • Lancement du programme de marketing sur les médias sociaux

  • Lancement du nouveau menu précisant les calories

  • Lancement d'un nouveau portail web fournissant aux franchisés du matériel de marketing, des vidéos sur le menu, etc.

  • Ouverture de nouveaux restaurants à Richmond Hill et Napanee, en Ontario, ainsi que d'autres à venir

  • Wild Wing fête son 18ème anniversaire
  • Ouverture du Centre d’Excellence Wild Wing à King City, le centre d’essais et de formation de notre chaine

  • Ouverture du nouveau siège social à King City

  • Ouverture du restaurant corporatif Wild Wing relooké, à King City

  • Mise à niveau du logiciel et matériel de point de vente de l’entreprise

  • Création d’une bibliothèque vidéo complète montrant aux franchisés comment préparer l’ensemble des mets offerts au menu

  • Lancement du nouveau Menu de Boissons

  • Lancement de promotions de marketing avec le poste de radio 680, 1050 et l'émission Leafs Lunch

  • Ouverture de nouveaux restaurants à Angus, Bolton et au Centre à King City

  • Augmentation des ventes comparables

  • L’entreprise vend 24 millions d’ailes

  • Wild Wing fête son 17ème anniversaire
  • Chaine de franchises acquise par Clark McKeown le 5 mars 2015, avec le soutien d’un partenaire financier

  • Embauche d’une nouvelle équipe de direction expérimentée pour assurer une croissance réussie et un soutien au réseau Wild Wing

  • Révision du processus de cuisson et déploiement dans tout le réseau des fours Merry Chef
